JAMES HERBERT CASELLO is the principle trial counsel of Casello & Lincoln. Mr. Casello is a 1974 graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara and a 1977 graduate of Loyola Law School. He is also a member of the Saint Thomas More Society. Mr. Casello is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of California and has tried literally hundreds of cases during his career. Mr. Casello's analytical skills and quick thinking have made the difference for a number of our clients.
DANFORTH FORBES LINCOLN is a 1984 graduate of Northwestern University and a 1987 graduate of Boston University School of Law. Mr. Lincoln is an A-V rated attorney. As a litigator, he has handled matters for clients ranging from employment issues to construction defects to Commercial Code and insurance bad faith and coverage issues. Mr. Lincoln's practice also includes advising clients in areas from general business matters to real estate, employment, and transactional matters. Mr. Lincoln has acted as both buyer's counsel and as seller's counsel on a number of real estate and business sale transactions.
